1. Eligibility for Returns
- Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order. This ensures the freshness and safety of our organic produce.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, partially consumed, or altered in any way.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sunsetviewfarm@yodermail.net within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will review it.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria, including items returned after the 2-day window.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (717) 940-4431. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.
5. Exceptions
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
